After a long absence, our 182 is back in the air, with a new engine and prop! We’re glad to see her flying again.

Membership in the club continues to be full. Apologies to those waiting to get into the club--we can only manage so many members with two planes. We tried out a third plane a couple years ago, but the finances didn't pan out. So, we remain a two-plane club and keep our membership limited so that everyone has reasonable access to the planes. We take new members first-come first-served from the waiting list. If you're hoping to join, best thing to do is apply to join and we will put you on the waiting list. 182 Grounded

August 14th, 2024

Our 182 is grounded for the foreseeable future for unexpected repair work on the prop and engine. Unfortunately, shops are backed up so much that we don't expect the plane to return to service for months. This unfortunately also means the club will not be taking any new members for the foreseeable future so that existing members have reasonable access to our 172. The club is accepting applications for new members, however, the club is currently at capacity. Over the past three years we have accepted on average 10 new members per year, who replace departing members. But, as always, we never know how the flow will go. If in doubt, put in an application.
